I started working with Mike on my relocation about a year before it actually happened. He sat down with my family and we discussed all possibilities and options for the move. He was very professional and knowledgeable of not only the West Milford area, but also helped us to come up with a calendar to help us maximize the value of our home. We decided to put our home on the market in early February 2020 and priced it a bit higher than average but totally within reason for the area. Within 2 weeks we were faced with COVID-19. Not only did Mike help us throughout the entire process like a professional, he also sold our home in only 2 weeks of being on the market during the beginnings of a global Pandemic.
